6 furnished rooms to rent available for post secondary students. Our large family home is on a big lot located 2 blocks south of Algonquin College, on a quiet side street. A six minute walk to the "B" building of the college. An ideal location for a student without a car, 200 meters to a bus stop and 600 meters to the Baseline bus Transitway station. Shopping center nearby. The Centerpoint area is within walking distance.
Ideal location for Algonquin college students, a 6 minute walk to B building, or 2-3 minutes ride on one of our bicycles. Enjoy coming home between classes and for lunch. Avoid standing in the cold waiting for a bus! For other students, our location very close to a transitway station is very convenient especially for University of Ottawa students.
Our kitchen will please anyone who wishes to prepare their own meals. It is fully equipped with all common appliances and complete set of cookware. We have two fridges for plenty of capacity. We require every tenant to wash, dry and put away dishes after every meal preparation, so the kitchen is always clean and inviting. You should never need to do anyone else's dishes.
Our house is quiet! We do not permit any pets in our house, and there are no children. Our house is a large single family home, and so there are no attached walls to transmit sounds from our neighbours. We are located on a peaceful side street, so there is no noise from traffic. We have quiet hours from 11PM to 7AM and no overnight guests as part of our lease, so everyone can sleep in peace.
We focus on keeping the house clean and tidy, and providing a quiet relaxed atmosphere to facilitate study and academic success. The landlord and landlady cleans all of the common areas on a weekly basis

- Our house is on 4 levels and has multiple sets of stairs. It is not suitable far anyone who can not safely walk up and down stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible.
